              Once you approve the preview, we’ll send you a high-quality digital file and start making your canvas. It will be printed, packaged, and shipped to your door in 2-5 business days. 📦

              What is your return/refund policy?

              Since each order is personalized and made just for you, we do not accept returns due to customer error. However, if we made a mistake, we’ll make it right and send you a replacement at no cost.

              If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@wonderme.co with a photo of the issue and your order number. We guarantee to send you a replacement, but refunds cannot be provided as the courier is responsible for transit-related damages.

              For cancellations, you have 24 hours after placing your order to request changes or cancel it. After that, we are unable to cancel, as your order will have moved into production.
